The staff were absolutely mind-blowing, super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was jaw-droppingly excellent!

The room was spacious and had all the essentials like a safe, multi-channel TV, and a microwave, which I appreciated.

Comforts of spotless and beautifully maintained room for a relaxing bath were fabulous. A microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines and a fridge were available. The location was unbeatable for me as it was adjacent to mall, downtown, casino and shopping and the casino.

The room was spotless and huge, very clean. The location for Hot Springs was great and superior, adjacent to downtown and the national park. Easily reached Stubby's BBQ, just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. the room was impressively clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel's proximity to downtown and the national park adds convenience and easy access to local attractions. Additionally, enjoying a meal at Stubby's BBQ just a short walk away was a highlight of the stay.

The breakfast options were plentiful, including delicious cookies, yogurt, and hot waffles. the rooms with a patio and balcony had comfortable beds. - the staff, from the front service desk employees to the maids, were welcoming and exceptional.

I liked nice hot breakfast, hotel's reasonably priced and best possible location.

The room I got was really nice and clean. It had free WiFi and came with comfy king beds. Plus, there was a relaxing bathtub to unwind in after a long day 🛁.

The rooms leave a lot to be desired, they are impregnated with a strong unpleasant and disturbing odor with a very old and uncomfortable bedding. In short, investments would be necessary to have an establishment of quality. Fortunately, the personnel is welcoming and sympathetic, particularly Hasley. Disappointed by this Best Western which does not correspond to those which we attended until then.

I selected this hotel for a work meeting due to its convenient amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a functional business center. These facilities offered a comfortable environment for preparation and relaxation during my business trip.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide more extensive business services to cater to the needs of corporate travelers.

beds are a little uncomfortable, it's a mass house with what feels like 250 rooms.

Our family vacation stay here was comfortable, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with savory cookies, yogurt, and hot waffles provided.

classy hotel. great for travelers who are on the road by car. on foot it is a bit too far away from the centre. helpful staff. extremely helpful. one feels really welcome. the rooms are large. beds are very comfortable, wc/bathroom in perfect condition. everything very clean. price/performance very good.

The room was clean with plenty of towels and toiletries, and the bed was super comfortable. The pool area offered relaxation with sun loungers and a shallow end for the little one. The hotel's proximity to landmarks like Bathhouse Row and the Gangster Museum of America made for convenient family outings and bonding experiences. The overall stay was enjoyable, with the accommodating staff adding to the positive experience.
